My dad’s toilets were backing up, needed a new kitchen sink faucet, water was coming up in the showers. He isn’t so handy these days and needs a lot of help with this stuff. I’m definitely not handy either and was very hesitant on calling a company out as I didn’t want them to take advantage of that.
I called Salemme Plumbing and am beyond grateful for them. They were professional, explained everything to us every step of the way, very friendly, and did everything we needed with no problem. We will be reaching out again with any future plumbing needs ☺️

Salemme plumbing came today to replace our water softener, at least that’s what I thought was needed. The plumber that came, Spencer Kelly, determined that it didn’t need to be replaced. He was able to repair it. While he was here, I also had him replace a shower handle and check another issue. Spencer was so nice, professional and competent. Almost unheard of nowadays. I highly recommend Salemme and in particular Spencer!!!

I had Patrick come out and take care of a waterline leak, I also had a competitor come out with a bid as well. Let's just say no comparison, Salemme/Patrick was not only on time but professional. Told me what he was going to do and after completed went out of his way to ensure the area that he repaired was as good if not better than it looked when he started. We had a toilet that was constantly running. The service person, Kyle, came and quickly analyzed the problem and then promptly fixed it. He was on time and was most pleasant. He was able to give me an estimate before work began. I would certainly use them again.

Spencer did a great job today solving a leak which other plumbing companies couldn't fix. The downstairs neighbors will be much happier now that water is raining from above.
